Step 1: Measure the Height

The maximum height for our patio covers is 12' 0" at the highest point. General Notes: Our Patio Covers are installed with a 1/2" slope for every 12" of width, for example a patio cover with a 10'0" width (projection) will have a 5" drop for water drainage. Laguna Lattice Patio Covers do not have slope and are installed level.

Step 2: Measure the Width (Projection)

Place your tape measure on the right side and against the house wall, measure straight out to a point on your concrete or wood deck you would like the patio cover to end. (Traditional and Tri-V Patio Covers do not have overhangs, the patio cover and post placment end at the same measurement).
